Delivery & Refunds

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your book becomes available to download from your account page, and a download link is sent to the email address on the order. Delivery is normally instant; in rare cases it can take up to one hour.

Guest orders receive the download link by email only, so please check the address before paying. If the email has not arrived within an hour, look in your spam folder and then contact us.

No physical goods are sold or shipped. No delivery address is needed, no shipping charges apply, and no customs duties or import taxes arise. Books can be bought and downloaded from anywhere we are able to trade.

Books are supplied as EPUB, and some titles also as PDF. The format is stated on each book page. EPUB files open in Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo, Calibre and most other readers. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or app, so please check that your reader supports the format before buying.

Members can download a purchased book again at any time from their account. Download links sent to guests stay valid for 30 days; after that, email us from the address used for the order and we will re-issue the link free of charge.

Because an ebook is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once the file has been downloaded. This is the standard practice for digital content and does not affect your statutory rights.

We will refund you in full when:

• the file is faulty, corrupted or incomplete and we cannot supply a working replacement;
• the book is materially different from its description on the store;
• you were charged twice or charged for a book you never received;
• you have not yet downloaded the book and ask us within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank. Where a refund is granted, your licence to the book ends and access is removed. Free titles involve no payment and so cannot be refunded.
