You may buy as a guest with just an email address, or create an account to keep your library in one place. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you give us — your books are delivered to it.

Prices are set in US Dollars. Other currencies shown in the store (AED, EUR, SAR, OMR, INR, PHP) are converted for your convenience at indicative rates and may differ slightly from the amount your bank charges. Where UAE Value Added Tax applies, 5% VAT is included or added as shown at checkout, in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on VAT and its Executive Regulations. A tax invoice is issued by email.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, store and read the ebook on your own devices for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not resell, share, upload, publish, sublicense, lend or distribute a file, remove any rights notice, or use any book to train an automated or AI system. Copyright in each title stays with its rightful owner. Titles marked as public domain may be used according to the licence that applies to them.

All products are digital. Nothing is posted or physically shipped. See our Delivery & Refunds page for how and when files are made available.

Payment is taken by our payment provider at checkout. We never store full card details. If a payment is reversed or charged back, access to the affected book may be suspended until the matter is resolved.

Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the store, and do not use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

We aim to keep the store available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, withdraw or re-price titles, and we may update these terms. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss caused by your own device, software or internet connection. Nothing here limits rights you have under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) that cannot lawfully be limited.

Write to hello@nexaluna.world and we will respond within two business days. Unresolved consumer complaints may be raised with the UAE Ministry of Economy consumer protection service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Modern Technology Trade, and the courts of the Emirate in which Nexa Luna Solutions is licensed have jurisdiction.
